Diabetes Prevention Program

The Silverstein Dream Foundation Diabetes Prevention Program aims to educate and advocate for underrepresented communities on diabetes prevention through innovative diagnostic testing protocols designed to prevent and reverse diabetes and its complications.

Our Women’s Health program aims to advocate for the importance of educating women from all backgrounds, ethnicities, and social classes. About their health concerns, such as hormonal health, chronic inflammation, diabetes, and other preventable conditions.

Women are often the primary care givers for their families.

Our goal is to teach them to care for themselves first so they can better care for others.
